Anfängerkurs – Hatha-Yoga in der Sivananda Tradition 

Ab Donnerstag, den 16. April findet in der Turnhalle Mettendorf ein Yoga-Kurs für Frauen und Männer unter Leitung von Yoga-Lehrerin Monika Langer statt.

Die erste Stunde ist eine Schnupperstunde und ist kostenlos.

Yoga übersetzt heisst: Einheit von Körper, Geist und Seele. Yoga fördert die Gesundheit und löst muskulöse Spannungen auf. Ihr Körper wird gereinigt, entschlackt und gewinnt Kraft und Flexibilität. 

Atemübungen und der Wechsel von Anspannung und Entspannung führen Sie zu höherer Konzentrationsfähigkeit und damit zu mehr innerer Stärke und Selbstvertrauen. Vitalität und Lebensfreude werden gesteigert.

In 10 Unterrichtseinheiten von jeweils 90 Minuten erlernen Sie den Sonnengruß, einfache aber wirksame Atemübungen und die zwölf wichtigsten Körperübungen (Asanas) des Sivananda Yogas. Sie werden mit den Wirkweisen der Übungen vertraut gemacht und erlernen die Übungen in einer Ihren körperlichen Voraussetzungen angepassten Form durchzuführen. Dazu bekommen Sie einen Einblick in die „fünf Punkte“ – die wichtigsten Yoga-Grundsätze für den Alltag.

Die Kursgebühr muss zunächst selbst bezahlt werden. Bei regelmäßiger Teilnahme wird eine Teilnahmebestätigung ausgestellt, die bei der Krankenkasse eingereicht werden kann. Die Rückerstattung der meisten Krankenkassen beträgt 80 % der Kursgebühr.
