Dieser Kurs ist geeignet für Menschen mit Yoga-Grundkenntnissen und EinsteigerInnen. Bei körperlichen Einschränkungen können die Übungen an individuelle Bedürfnisse angepasst werden. Es werden Hilfsmittel wie Gurte, Kissen und Blöcke zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die klassischen Asanas (Körperübungen) werden durch antirheumatische Übungen der „Bihar School of Yoga“ ergänzt. Diese lösen sehr wirkungsvoll Energieblockaden und sind insbesondere bei Rheuma, Arthritis, hohem Blutdruck und Herzproblemen hilfreich.

Sie erfahren, wie der eigene Körper und Geist tief entspannen, tanken neue Kräfte und  bauen Muskelkraft und -flexibilität auf. Bewusstes Atmen ermöglicht den Zugang zur eigenen inneren Energiequelle.
Wir beginnen mit einer aktiven Entspannung gefolgt von Atemübungen. Nach dem Sonnengruß folgen die Asanas/Antirheumatischen Übungen im Wechsel mit Entspannungs- und Lockerungsübungen.
