Why this Yoga Retreat?
One has to relate to the world for a living. With this relation being inevitable, stress and tension result when one does not know how to bring about a balance between inner needs and outer demands. In relating, either I strike a harmony with what I relate to or I can be the source of disharmony. So, to live a stress-free life, one has to learn that one has the capacity to live in harmony and also one needs to know how to command enough space within to protect oneself from being an emotional victim to others’ disturbing actions and behaviors.
We all constantly seek solutions to any problems in our life. Yoga is a path of Self knowledge that essentially puts an end to all problems by giving us knowledge of the truth of any problem. Yoga is a personal management tool to know the nature of the problems in our life and thereby know the nature of the solution. This way, we can liberate ourselves from the ongoing pain and stress of every day life.
We Work With:
Two daily-guided sessions of Yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), energizing exercises, guided meditation and group discussions of our psychological and sociological patterns and how to modify them in a way that is life-serving. Personal guidance using Yoga Psychology paving the way for joyful living. Informal talks on different subjects and Q & A.
What change could you expect?
You will learn step-by-step practical instructions of how to look into your life challenges and problems with discernment, and how to see them in the light of a fundamentally new understanding. You will receive personal instructions and tips what areas need your attention and how to find a balance between your inner needs and external challenges.
